Wisdom Cake


Thank you to member-owner Sarah Shepley for the recipe.

1 ½ cup cooked black beans
3 eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
½  teaspoon salt
1 cup sweetener( to taste)  ( agave nectar, honey or maple syrup)
6 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
6 Tablespoon coconut oil (melted).

Combine everything into a cuisinart or mixing blender. Mix until smooth.

Grease & Pour into a 9" round or sq. pan and bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
