YOU ORDER, WE BAG IT, YOU PICK UP & PAY
At this time, online shopping is available as a service to member-owners of Fare Share Co-op only. Join or Renew Membership.
We have Local, Maine and Bulk items available for online ordering. Remaining store items will be added, as well as online pre-ordering, in the coming months.
Initial Account Approval
To shop online you must first have an approved account. Approval of your account takes 1—2 business days, after which you will receive an email telling you that your account has been set up and that you can begin shopping.
Order Schedule
An order received by 4:00pm will be available for pick up by noon the following business day. An order received by 8:00am will be available for pick up by 5:00pm the same day. (We are closed on Sunday.) If you would like a later pick up time or have other questions or comments, please add a note in the space provided below your order summary.
Pick Up and Pay
Your order will be rung up as a suspended sale or a housecharge at your request. Please indicate this in the comments field. If you like, you can add a few more items before making your payment at the register. If you requested a housecharge, a receipt will be ready for you to sign upon pickup so that you can get out the door more quickly.
If possible, please check your bags at the store to make sure you have everything you ordered and have been charged correctly. If this isn’t possible at that time for any reason, please call the store when you get home to let us know immediately if there was a mistaken charge or missed item. We will credit your account as necessary.
Returns
Customers may return items for any reason within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. We cannot accept returns on wine or beer.
There is NO DELIVERY at this time, but if you are ill or otherwise unable, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to get get your groceries to you.
Privacy
Fare Share Co-op will keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our website, you provide your name, email address, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders, and to provide a more customized service to you.
